Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. Standard delivery is included in the price of your candle, with no extra cost at checkout.
How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery times are typically 3–5 days from dispatch, though this may vary depending on the courier.
What is your returns policy?

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items due to the nature of our products. If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with proof of purchase and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
How long do Vineborg candles burn?

Each 210g candle has an approximate burn time of 40 hours when used correctly. For best results, trim the wick to 5mm before each use and allow the wax to melt fully across the surface before extinguishing.
Are your candles vegan?

We use soy wax and fragrances that are vegan-friendly and cruelty free. Our wicks do contain a very small paraffin coating for stability, which means the candles are not fully vegan. However, they are thoughtfully made with mostly plant-based ingredients and created with care to minimise non-vegan components.
Are your candles GMO-free?

Yes. We use AAK Golden Wax 464, a soy wax made in Europe from responsibly sourced, GMO-free soybean oil.
What type of wicks do you use?

Our wicks are made from cotton and linen with no lead. They do have a very small paraffin coating, which is necessary to keep them stable, so we do not claim to be 100% paraffin-free.
How should I use my candle safely?
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
  • Follow the safety label on each product.
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
What makes your packaging eco-conscious?

We use rigid luxury boxes and Flexi-Hex protective sleeves, both designed to reduce waste and plastic. While not officially certified sustainable, they are thoughtfully chosen to balance presentation and responsibility.
